At Parmore Golf, we want you to love what you wear—on and off the course. If something’s not quite right, no stress—you’ve got 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Final sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@parmoregolf.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions and a return address.
3. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked service—we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
