At Parmore Golf, we want you to love what you wear—on and off the course. If something's not quite right, no stress—you've got 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Final sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and choose your reason.
3. We'll review your request and be in touch within 1–2 working days.
Return Shipping
– Exchanges: Return postage is on us — we'll arrange a free return label for you.
– Refunds: Return postage is at your own cost and must be sent via a tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
