Returns Policy

At Parmore Golf we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. Below is our returns policy to guide you through the process:

14-Day Returns

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund only a exchange or a credit note.


Sample Sale Items

 

Products purchased during a Sample Sale are eligible for return for either:

  • An exchange for an alternative size (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit to the value of the original purchase price.

Sample Sale items are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.

All returns must be submitted within our standard returns window and items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have its tags attached. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return nor refund.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@parmoregolf.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are free for UK customers on all eligible items within the 14-day return period. If you are outside the UK&I you will need to provide your shipping label and initiate a return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process which will be subtracted from your refund balance.
